Clinical Pharmacist Grade 3 - Surgery Team Leader

We are a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team working together to deliver safe, high quality patient care and medicines management. We are looking for a Senior Pharmacist to co-lead a team of dedicated pharmacists within our Surgery Team, and support delivery of high quality and patient focused clinical pharmacy services to our surgical patients.
Your new role:
- Assess, plan and implement clinical pharmacy services to deliver high quality patient care in collaboration with key staff within pharmacy and across RMH.
- Manage and coordinate your team to achieve positive patient outcomes, supervising clinical practice and patient care activities.
- Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students.
- Promote the quality use of medicines by leading quality and safety projects.
- Contribute to on call, after hours and weekend services.
- You hold current Registration as a pharmacist with APHRA.
- You have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
- You demonstrate the ability to effectively lead a team.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
