Your opportunity
The Clinical Pharmacist - Rural Development Pathway, clinical role can vary greatly on any given day based on demand; however the focus will be on admitted patients in the General Ward, patients in the Emergency Department, select patient cohorts presenting for Specialist Outpatient reviews, and providing telehealth Pharmacy services to inpatients at spoke hospitals within the South West Hospital and Health Service.
There may be a requirement to work at other facilities located across South West Hospital and Health Service.
