Job description

About the role

  • Support medication management education, training and workforce development for all relevant STARS staff including clinical support team members
  • Contribute to practice and service development, innovation and activities to support the development of medicines management processes for patients accessing STARS Pharmacy services, and that are aligned to organisational goals, professional, legislative and ethical standards.
  • Utilise a high- level of clinical pharmacy knowledge, leadership, skills and digital experience to ensure ongoing clinical safety, service continuity at STARS and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, medicines stewardship and value-based, patient-centred healthcare care.
