SalaryThe Queensland Voluntary Assisted Dying (QVAD) Support and Pharmacy Service are looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Assistant - Advanced Scope to join their team at Garden City Office Park, Eight Mile Plains. In June 2022, Metro South Health agreed to host the QVAD-Support and QVAD-Pharmacy Service on behalf of Queensland Health. QVAD-Pharmacy is a statewide service which involves the pharmacists travelling across the state to provide information regarding VAD substances and how to administer. Pharmacy assistants employed by this service will enable effective VAD pharmacy service delivery and will be integral in supporting VAD pharmacists.

About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacy Assistant – Advanced Scope contributes to patient care by providing advanced support to Pharmacists in the delivery of an efficient and effective Voluntary Assisted Dying pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation and Australian pharmacy and medicines professional standards and guidelines.
