Oncology & Haematology Clinical Specialist - Patient-centric & Operational
A chance to join an award winning CRO. This company have over 20 years in the industry and offer leading clinical projects across oncology, cardiology, auto-immune disease and many more. They partner with Biotech sponsors and work on some complex, unique studies - this includes CAR-T Cell therapy.
As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide the internal clinical teams and external clinical staff/patients with expert advice regarding haematology & oncology projects. This will include addressing project issues, provide protocol insight, bringing patient-centric perspective to the project scope.
This role would suite an experienced nurse practitioner with over 5 years' experience leading oncology & haematology clinical trials, who are able to guide project teams on a range of study related topics.
Candidates must be registered nurse and advanced practice certification (master's or higher in nursing).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and haematological disorders.
- Assess and manage patients' medical conditions, including diagnosing, treating, and monitoring.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Participate in clinical trials and research projects to advance treatment options.
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and optimise treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
SKILLS
- Currently a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Masters in Nursing or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oncology and haematology.
- Strong knowledge of cancer treatments, haematological disorders, and related therapies.
