  • Implement seasonal assortment in store by ensuring orders are in the system.
  • Ensure replenishment is running effectively.
  • Assist with live messaging on eCommerce, if required.
  • Liaise with retail staff when required.
  • Understand Features & Benefits of all product and process of Bra Fitting.
  • With the use of available data continuously improve understanding the consumer target.
Promotion Set Up
  • Responsible for set up of sales driving activities including offers, promotions and events for retail.
  • Propose and implement markdown creation and maintenance for both Retail and eCom.
  • Report on Promotional Calendar for all retail.
Planning/Analyst:
  • Provide monthly demand forecast for retail in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Provide input for Weekly Sales Review meetings
  • Identify, using data, strong sellers and under performers and manage stock holdings for stores accordingly
  • Continually strive to improve the range using available data focusing on increasing sales and reducing markdowns.
  • Maintain and regularly review and update the automatic replenishment styles and quantities per store.
  • Manage the sell through of seasonal and phased out products in stores via markdowns proposals and coordinate the consolidation of stock
Reporting:
  • Daily, weekly and monthly POS reports to Management, in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Measure track & evaluate UPT, VPT, conversion
  • Sell through reports at season end for product range evaluation.
  • Maintain weekly sales by style reports to identify and manage styles
Prepare Budget spreadsheets for stores to daily populate figures into.Maintain seasonal order, delivery and sale informationOthers
  • Assist in developing Retail Stock process
  • Assist in new store set up process.
  • Adhere to Triumph Company policies and procedures

  • Proven track record within a retail administrative environment
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • A formal qualification in business management
