Our client, a prominent mental health service in Manly West, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Psychologist to head their dynamic team. Key Features of the Role:
- Position: Clinical Lead Psychologist
- Location: Manly West, Brisbane
- Team Size: Over 100 staff, including 45 clinicians with a mix of psychologists, counsellors and allied health professionals
- Caseload: Mixed ages with a focus on paediatrics in specific departments, handling a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
- Funding Model: Predominantly Medicare funded, with NDIS involvement.
- Work Structure: Primarily clinic-based (80%) with some community engagement (20%).
- Travel Allowance: 73 cents per kilometre, paid fortnightly.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: Open to discussions based on clinicians' needs while prioritising client availability.
- Contract Options: Flexibility between contract models or permanent positions.
- Remuneration: Earn from $120,000 - $140,000 + super!
- Contractor opportunity: To earn from $160 - $175 per hour!
