Join our Community Health Team as a Clinical Psychologist today!About the Role:Ambulatory Allied Health is a community based service that aims to support hospital avoidance and earlier supported discharge for patients with chronic conditions and/or complex care needs within the SALHN region. As the Clinical Psychologist, you will be accountable for delivering care focused clinical psychology services for patients in the Ambulatory Allied Health Service.About you:

• Must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification and general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of the relevant models and practices within a community based and/or Intermediate Care framework.
• Ability to utilise high level communication skills to effectively work with, and resolve issues and conflict with people who have diverse value systems, cultural differences and special needs.
• Ability to undertake a range of Clinical Psychology interventions including diagnostic and cognitive assessment, case formulation and provision of specialised evidence-based therapies for specific disorders in individual and/or group formats.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptive, responsive to change, aligning with key organisational priorities and particularly in an environment with competing demands and changing service partners.
