About the role:
Continuing Care is a new and innovative subacute service specialising in the progression of care with a particular focus on patients with disabilities.? The successful applicant will be providing direct clinical services to patients within this service and secondary consultations with the multidisciplinary team.
This position is for an endorsed Grade 2 or Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist working with a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

About you:
- you are registered in the endorsed area of practice of Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
- you have experience in:
- the disability sector, NDIS, and/or inpatient medical settings
- addressing Behaviours of Concern (assessment/ education/ liaison)
- you have a passion for making positive changes for people living with a disability
