Clinical Receptionist role - Child Psychology Clinic

THE ROLE:

Hopscotch & Harmony requires a friendly and experienced professional to join our Werribee clinic front desk team. This positions is fixed-term until February 2025. The new team member will perform reception and administration duties, support our team of psychologists, with the support of our Practice Manager. 

Fixed- term part time  position that will end in February 2025

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the practice manager to ensure the Werribee (and Belmont) practice runs smoothly from a reception and admin perspective.
• Hands-On Administrative Expertise: With your recent clinical reception/admin background in either a medical or allied health clinic, you'll posses a strong and consistent client focus with the ability to successfully convert enquiries to bookings, and reengage inactive clients. Process payments, schedule appointments, manage recall procedures, communicate with external referrers and third party payees as required.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in practice management software and spreadsheets, you'll ensure our records are spot-on and communications are top-notch. 
• Detail-Oriented and Organised: From meticulous appointment scheduling to keeping things in the clinic organised, your attention to detail is key.
• Great Communicator: Your written and verbal communication is strong and you can maintain a calm and respectful manner with a diverse range of people.
