Role Overview:
As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing Clinical Research projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, protocol compliance, and data integrity. Your expertise will contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapies that have the potential to transform the landscape of cancer treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Clinical Research activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Perform site evaluations, initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance and quality data collection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, investigators, and study coordinators.
- Conduct training sessions to educate site staff on study protocols, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify and address issues or deviations from protocol, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize study timelines, and drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Research, with a focus on oncology preferred.
- Proven track record of successful management and execution of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Clinical Research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
