The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and focused Clinical Support Consultant to join our team on a 3-day permanent part-time basis in our Eight Mile Plains office. As a customer facing Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clinically relevant information mainly to a range of mainly healthcare practitioners. You will also be involved in a variety of diverse internal projects, as well as gaining exposure to our education and in-house expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate Clinical Support for practitioners/retail partners or consumers via phone, email and live chat, recording all communications in our CRM software
- Assist practitioners with clinically relevant treatment options from a broad knowledge base of herbal and nutritional medicine
- Provide synthesised technical support for a range of conditions, including herb-drug interactions, regulatory requirements and adverse reactions
- Develop an ongoing understanding of relevant industry information and product knowledge across the Integria portfolio
- Create engaging and clinically relevant content and resources, such as writing projects for our social media platforms and our practitioner market
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years, ideally 5 years’ experience working in clinical practice and the practitioner natural healthcare profession
- Qualifications in naturopathy, or Western herbal medicine is essential
- Membership of a relevant professional association
- Excellent clinical assessment skills with the ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and use initiative for continuous improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealings with team members, customers and other stakeholders
- Accountable, with an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment whilst adhering to company procedures
- A passionate ‘can-do’ mindset focused on team collaboration and achieving results
