The Role:
We are seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join our team @ Kilmore District Health (KDH). This role would be ideal position for a Registered Nurse wishing to pursue a career in Clinical Education.
This role requires a motivated positive person with consolidated nursing experience, strong interest in clinical education and a passion to mentor learners in the clinical environment.
This position is ongoing part time 16 hours per fortnight.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Post graduate qualification in your chosen field of nursing
- Leadership qualities - emotional intelligence, advanced communication skills
- Qualifications in clinical education and training or equivalent, or working toward
- Experience in supervision and training
- Demonstrated team collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead Quality Improvement activities to drive change
- Passion to facilitate best practice empathetic care
