A position is now open for a Clinical Support Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Western Health. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Educators to offer support directly at the bedside for ICU learners and nurses. The role requires advanced clinical skills, an approachable attitude, and a strong presence in the unit to assist in providing exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
To be Successful in this Role, you:
- Must be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care nursing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience post course in ICU
- Have recent experience in the delivery of Clinical Support at the bedside
- Must have a passion for support and preceptorship
- Must meet the selection criteria as per the position description
