Job description:
Exciting opportunity to join Ambulance Tasmania as a Clinical Support Officer and provide high quality care to the Tasmanian community
The role:
The Clinical Support Officer is a senior clinical leader within Ambulance Tasmania. Working in all areas of the service to support training and development opportunities, as well as maintenance of clinical standards, qualification and proficiency programs.
Implement and/or coordinate training programs and objectives.
Deliver an advanced level of pre-hospital clinical care in accordance with accepted procedures and protocols for Paramedics with Intensive Care qualifications.
Advise and guide trainees.
Monitor the standard of patient care through appropriate quality assurance processes.
Maintain clinical excellence as an Intensive Care Paramedic.
