My Support My Way is a registered NDIS service provider in South Australia and Victoria. MSMW provides support to the individuals those who have multiple disability (Mental Health/ Challenging behaviour/ emotional regulation in common) we focus on holistic model of care and skill development. MSMW will work with individual to setup tailor support when and how the individual would like them to deliver.
Job description and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rostering of support workers and clients, ensuring continuity of services.
- Match support workers with clients based on individual needs, culture, and language preferences.
- Draft and publish rosters, liaising with the COO for final approval.
Manage urgent sick leaves and maintain a list of available casual staff for emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Award conditions in roster design.
Provide support and training to support workers and House Managers on rostering processes and electronic devices.
- Monitor support worker requests for leave and staff absences, assisting with payroll reconciliation if required.
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve desirable outcomes within short timeframes.
- Participate in staff and case management meetings, contributing to ongoing evaluation and development of policies and practices.
- Promote safety by following WHS requirements and guidelines.
- Participate in education and training opportunities.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably expected at a high level.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Australian Driving license and own car
- Current DHS (child related) Clearance Report/ NDIS Worker Screening check
- A relevant qualification in the Disability/Community Services sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large diverse teams
- WAGES As per the industry award.
- BENEFIT ANS OTHER PAYMENT As per requirement.
- Other operational related expenses will be reimbursed
