Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
Clinical Educator/Team Leader – is a registered nurse/midwife who facilitates continuing multi-disciplinary professional development, training and education for health professional learners, providing specialist advice and development of resources informed by contemporary evidence.
The Clinical Educator/Team Leader provides leadership to the interprofessional educator team, participate in education planning and allocation of educator resources. Work in partnership with the Northeast Health Wangaratta Leadership team to facilitate the successful delivery of education programs, workshops, training and learning activities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to work in a collaborative team environment to assist staff in maintaining contemporary knowledge and skills that will enable them to maintain high standards of care and enhance patient experience and outcomes.
