We are searching for a Part-Time Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, reporting to the National Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting, planning and educating hospitals, nurses and specialist surgeons on our range of Biological products. As such, this position demands a comprehensive understanding across multiple specialties, collaboration with surgeons, and a dedication to fostering robust relationships within the medical community.
Responsibilities
Product Knowledge
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of clinical education and case support
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor product offerings
Surgeon Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture relationships with surgeons, as well as other pertinent healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with surgeons during procedures, providing technical support to ensure optimal utilisation of our biological products
Training and Education
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the correct usage of our products
- Keep abreast of the latest clinical studies and industry research
Customer Support
- Provide continuous support to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product efficacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferable (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Experience working with a range of biological products or med tech devices
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and operating theatre protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work autonomously
