About the role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Support Specialist to join our TMCT team and support the Transfusion Medicine Cell Therapies portfolio. The position is based in South Australia and reporting to the Clinical Support Manager, TMCT. The primary objective of the Clinical Support Specialist is to provide clinical education to nurses, scientists and doctors in the hospital and blood service environment in South Australia and Western Australia.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide technical education training, assistance and ongoing support to develop and implement business action plans
- Educate multi-disciplinary healthcare team on the benefits of Fresenius Kabi Australia Pty Limited products
- Assist Clinicians overcome any clinical difficulties through ongoing advice and education
- Follow new clinical education programs to support strategies
- Participate in account planning to assist in forecasting business growth and new opportunities
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years clinical or technical experience
- Proven experience in a training or educator role
- Experience in Therapeutic Apheresis, Life Sciences or Medical Devices would be an advantage
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing/Anaesthetic Technician/ Life Sciences and current registration status in Australia would be an advantage
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment preferred, but not essential.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- The ability to work outside of office hours, where required
- Hospital and Product Knowledge
- Current Driver's License
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
