Clinical Support Specialist - Interventional Pain - Part Time

The Role:

Working from a home office, this new role reports to the Business Development Manager, Pain Management & Recovery, ANZ. It is not a sales position, and responsibilities include:

• Assisting the sales team to build and maintain relationships with key clinical staff
• Presenting pain management products & providing training to clinical staff
• Attending Operating Theatre cases & providing verbal procedural support
• Ensuring equipment is set up & being used appropriately
• Training new company employees on products
• Assisting at professional trade shows & cadaver workshops
• Developing knowledge of competitive therapies for spine, knee, hip & shoulder pathologies
• Working 3 days per week - hours & days are negotiable between 2 and 4 days
• Working in hospitals in Adelaide, with occasional interstate and/or intrastate travel.

Your Background:

Candidates should have a background as follows:

• Knowledge of how operating theatres function
• Tertiary qualifications in one of Radiography, Nursing, any area of Allied Health or Theatre Technician
• Positive, energetic approach
• Flexibility to cover operating theatre hours, which can be variable. 

Training:   

Comprehensive training will be provided in Sydney and/or Melbourne.    

Salary Package:

The salary package includes:

• Negotiable base salary
• $20k car allowance FTE 
• 11% superannuation 
• $12k annual performance bonus for achievement of personal, qualitative KPIs and sales team results overall – paid quarterly.
