Based in Brisbane, and as part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll work closely with the broader Queensland team and will be responsible for providing Clinical Support for surgical procedures in foot and ankle and building strong relationships with our surgeons and nursing staff. You will be well supported with an established and professional onboarding program and ultimately have ample opportunities to grow your career.

- Providing Clinical Support for surgical procedures in theatre
- Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support
- Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customers' requirements.
- Conducting regular hospital in-services on instrument sets to Operating Room and Central Sterilisation Department Personnel
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours / weekend case support
- Maintain and monitor monthly in-service records on your accounts to ensure records are current.
- Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or have a background in nursing, physiotherapy or chiropractic is preferred but not essential.
- Some exposure to Orthopaedics Extremities ideal, but not a must
- A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal.
- Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment (preferred).
- Resilience and versatility: you can work autonomously or in a team and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
- Current driver’s license (essential) and be flexible to travel in NSW.
