Job Description:
To ensure the needs of Sounds of Life’s clients are supported, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care specialist you will be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in task management, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Greet and build rapport with clients
- Assist with bookings and enquiries
- Invoice and receipt hearing aid purchases and processing Health Fund/Medicare claims
- Perform minor over-the-counter hearing aid repairs.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for efficient clinic operations.
- Receive and dispatch hearing devices and perform data entry.
- Manage filing systems and records for accuracy and accessibility.
- General cleaning and disinfecting of equipment
- Coordinate appointments and manage CRM databases.
- Answer phone calls and provide patient support.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Training will be provided for the right candidate
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Minimum 2 years' previous experience in admin roles, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting. Previous experience in audiology will be highly regarded.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with an empathetic approach.
- Excellent phone etiquette, and ability to quickly record information.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High energy level and maturity.
- Cultural Sensitivity.
- Possess a current drivers license.
