Our new Clinical Team Lead will work from the headspace centre in Dubbo, NSW. This is a permanent full-time role.

What will I do?

  • Work in a key leadership position that oversees coordination and delivery of clinical services
  • Ensure day-to-day clinical work is carried out to effectively meet the needs of young people
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based and innovative clinical services
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to a friendly multidisciplinary team
  • Advocate for the best possible service for young people in your community.

What do I need?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant allied health discipline
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ clinical experience in the mental health sector
  • Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of recovery focused practice, specifically to the youth population.
  • Have a clear understanding and/or knowledge of the concept and impact of mental health issues in the community.
