Team Lead / Practice Manager - Allied Health Clinic

Sydney Speech Clinic is an independently run Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy Clinic based in the heart of Lane Cove, Sydney. We pride ourselves on providing expert clinical care for our clients and their families and we operate out of our bright, modern, purpose-built clinic.

About the Role

A unique opportunity now exists for an experienced Team Lead/Practice Manager to join our growing team.  You will provide administrative leadership and operational management for the clinic and work closely alongside the Clinic Director, Business/Operations Manager and the Clinical Coordinator with the aim of ensuring that the clinic presents positivity, efficiency and professionalism within our community. 

Responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Taking the lead on managing the administrative day to day operations within the Client Services Team (including but not limited to bookings, accounts, liaison and enquiries)
• Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
• Leading, supporting and mentoring the Client Services Team
• Proactively collaborating within the Leadership Team 
• Solution focused management of client matters and booking enquiries
• Management of client databases and files
• Contributing to team development and team building initiatives such as quarterly ‘Team Days’ and professional development events

Further Details

• We are flexible with start dates 
• The role is full time and there could be some flexibility around start and finish times.
• Remuneration will be reflective of experience.
