Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research activities and ensuring the smooth execution of Clinical Trials.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of CTA experience in a CRO environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Clinical Trial operations, including study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of essential study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Coordinate investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and monitoring visits, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Maintain study files and trial master files in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between study team members, investigators, study sites, and vendors to ensure efficient trial conduct.
- Assist with the tracking and management of study-related documents, correspondence, and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in Clinical Trial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Clinical Trial Assistant in a CRO environment.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Trial processes, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship.
