The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research activities and ensuring the smooth execution of Clinical Trials.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of CTA experience in a CRO environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Clinical Trial operations, including study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of essential study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Coordinate investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and monitoring visits, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Maintain study files and trial master files in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between study team members, investigators, study sites, and vendors to ensure efficient trial conduct.
- Assist with the tracking and management of study-related documents, correspondence, and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in Clinical Trial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Clinical Trial Assistant in a CRO environment.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Trial processes, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
