Level 5, $75,263 - $84,816 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
Full-time, fixed-term appointment for 3 years
The Opportunity
UniSC has established a world class Clinical Trials business unit which builds the region’s collective clinical research capacity and delivers innovative and regionally relevant research in consultation with key stakeholders, including local healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical executives, and other key thought leaders.

Ready to join us in supporting the implementation and conduct of clinical research? Your role will involve ensuring everything aligns with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Please note, this position will require a flexible approach, to travel between campuses and our Clinical Trial centres, as necessary.
You will
support the administration of designated Clinical Trials within UniSC Clinical Trials and work collaboratively with the Clinical Trials team, sponsors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful conduct and timely completion of Clinical Trials;
assist in the coordination of multiple, simultaneous Clinical Trials, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal policies and procedures requiring analysis, sound judgement, and knowledge of study specific protocols; and
ensure the communication, care, attention to and experience of trial participants is of a consistently high standard.
About you
Your sound computing skills, including proficiency in data entry, will ensure that our operations run seamlessly. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team will come naturally to you, contributing to the success of our centre. Additionally, your keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills will guarantee the timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
To be successful you will possess
completion of a degree in Science/Bio-Medicine/Nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with previous clinical research highly regarded;
knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulations;
sound understanding of privacy principles governing health information is required for this role; and
previous clinical research experience highly regarded.
