Exciting Opportunity: Clinical/Nursing Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Your Role:
As a Clinical/Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our practice, supporting our specialist clinicians and ensuring the best possible care for our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Dermatologists with clinical consultations and procedures.
- Supporting nurses with clinical aspects of the practice.
- Assisting with various clinical and administrative tasks.
- Occasionally assisting with reception tasks, adding a touch of your warm personality to our front desk.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for dermatology and patient care.
- Previous experience as a Clinical/Nursing Assistant, preferably in a medical or Dermatology practice would be desirable.
- Experience with lasers used in medical and cosmetic dermatology (desirable, with relevant medical/cosmetic laser license or ability to obtain).
- Experience with Genie software or strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying a professional, warm, compassionate, friendly, and respectful manner towards patients, practice staff, and medical professionals at all times.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to contribute to a productive and happy team environment.
- Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts (practice hours are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday).
- A keen interest in learning about our services and products to assist confidently with patient enquiries.
