Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our team. As an AIN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nursing staff and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing staff with patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with patient mobility and transport.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor and Diploma nursing students strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
