A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne CBD requires a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its team for a permanent role commencing ASAP. Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, operating and supporting IT infrastructure within an enterprise environment.
- Participating in cloud native technology adoption and automation strategies.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Assisting with the delivery of cloud, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience providing level 2 & 3 IT support.
- Proven experience within Azure / AWS, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Windows Server, Veeam, VMware and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting SAN, NAS and Shared Storage systems is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly beneficial.
- Current driver’s license and access to a car.
