Cloud Operations Engineer

Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne CBD requires a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its team for a permanent role commencing ASAP. Your new role Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Managing, operating and supporting IT infrastructure within an enterprise environment.
Participating in cloud native technology adoption and automation strategies.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Assisting with the delivery of cloud, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure projects.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience providing level 2 & 3 IT support.
Proven experience within Azure / AWS, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Windows Server, Veeam, VMware and Network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting SAN, NAS and Shared Storage systems is advantageous.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly beneficial.
Current driver's license and access to a car.
