AddressWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Azure Infrastructure Innovation to join the Customer Success Team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsoft's Azure Infra customer base. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with select customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise architects, platform engineers and developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption.
Deep understanding of the following technologies, SQL Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure File, Azure Monitor, Automation, Loci Apps, Networking, Storage Accounts, Identify & Active Directory, competitive database migrations to SQL Server and cloud data platform principles & architecture is a must.

- Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said
- Technical experience and knowledge in Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF), Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience.

Architecture Design and Deployment - Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution -governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations and help build customer resiliency.
Resolution of Customer Blockers
Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies.
