We are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic and friendly people to join our team in a FULL TIME capacity, however for the right candidate we can accommodate hours aligned with school pick-up times.
As the Club Concierge, you are a key connection point between guests and the Club as well as other departments within the venue. A Concierge within the Club influences the guest's first and last impressions of the venue, and therefore, must ensure that they are greeted and farewelled in a warm, friendly manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium guest service and ensure that our guests are made feel welcome at all times. This is a highly visible role and therefore your grooming and level of professionalism must shine through.
Essential Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong guest focus
- Hold current RSA & RCG certificates (or be willing to obtain)
- Previous customer engagement experience
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
