Form of workViva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia’s leading fitness companies are looking for new Refromer Pilates Group Fitness Instructors to join our club on a Casual basis in Teneriffe! Our mission is to connect health and fitness to as many people as possible and we aim to provide our members with affordable, accessible and awesome facilities.
Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.
This role allows for the opportunity to provide exceptional service performance classes to our members. We pride ourselves on positive member experiences filled with growth and passion. Along with exceptional service, this role requires maintaining and increasing class numbers.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The essential skills & qualifications we are looking for:
- First aid (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- CPR (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- Working with Vulnerable people check/Working with Children check (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- Relevant certification for group fitness (yoga, Pilates, Less Mils etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing exceptional service and classes to members
- Commitment to representing the club and creating a positive environment
- Support the increase, and maintain class numbers
