Form of workThe opportunity exists for a highly motivated Reformer Pilates Instructor to become a Founding Team Member, at the highly anticipated Collaborative Wellness Co & Gym, in thriving Crows Nest, 40km N Toowoomba.
We are a newly forming Space, slated to open end of February, and will house Holistic/Natural/Allied Health Practitioner clinic spaces, gym and Pilates studio. We are the only access point for any of these services in Crows Nest.
The Collaborative Wellness Co has been founded by a family that values living a full, dynamic life with betterment, inspired growth and learning as key principles, and it is our aim to infuse our Space with this Ethos. We are excited to engage Team Members that are:

We are set up for intimate class sizes, with a studio space housing 3 reformers. We are seeking an amazing, qualified Instructor that would be available for 3 classes per day, (6:30am, 7:30am 8:30am) 3 days per week, with a definite view to increase with predicted demand.
The hourly rate will be negotiable, dependant on experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Confidently leading Reformer Pilates classes for clients at varying fitness levels
- Crafting innovative, engaging classes with a focus on correct form and client progression
- Staying up to date with industry trends, with a focus in the workplace of continual growth
