Project Reform is a large 830m2 facility near the Gabba in East Brisbane, with first-class science based Functional classes, studio-level Reformer Pilates, Recovery zone and fully equipped 24/7 gym.
We're looking for an outgoing Reformer Pilates Instructor who brings good vibes, genuinely engages with our members and has real passion for helping people.
We're able to offer competitive salary, free access to unlimited Reformer Pilates, unlimited Functional classes, 24/7 gym access, compression boots and infrared sauna.This role has a huge scope to add plenty of classes into your week, plus operate your own 1-on-1 or Small Group Pilates business in the space outside of class times.
Work with our Head of Pilates Tayla, who ensures our Instructors are continuing to learn, sharing ideas, connecting with like-minded people and building on our team first culture.
You will be responsible for successfully instructing our Reformer Pilates programming and creating engaging member experiences. We've created a beautiful studio space with 18 new Reformer Pilates beds ready for you to put your unique spin on classes. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive, innovation space while scaling your personal brand as an Instructor.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
> Cert IV in Reformer Pilates.
> Previous experience within the Fitness industry.
> Commitment towards providing good customer experiences.
> Desire to deliver innovative Reformer Pilates programming.
> Demonstrate leadership skills and be proactive when working under limited supervision.
> Availability to work morning and/or afternoon shifts.
Key responsibilities will include:
> Create a vibrant and fun club culture.
> Deliver informative and engaging classes for members, ensuring they're not only getting results but understanding why/how.
> Help shape the development of other coaches.
> Assist the Marketing team with creating content from time to time.
The successful applicant MUST hold the following Qualifications prior to starting employment:
> Level 1 First Aid, CPR.
>Reformer Pilates Certification
> Insurances
