What's the Role's Focus?

As a Jetts Club Manager, your primary goal is to optimize all avenues to drive the club's operational success, ensuring every member experiences excellence upon entering. Meeting standards, POS targets, and acquiring new members serve as benchmarks for your success.

Responsibilities Include:

- Overseeing day-to-day club operations
- Achieving membership growth and revenue targets
- Establishing business connections within the local community
- Upholding high service standards
- Cultivating a vibrant club culture

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Positive attitude and passion for fitness and people
- Exceptional communication and administrative skills
- Proven sales prowess with a track record of meeting monthly targets
- Business management experience with a focus on performance outcomes
