That's where you come in…This is an opportunity for a passionate CNC Cutting Operator in an established, industry leading manufacturing business within the automotive industry. An exciting role, focused on the delivery of quality products to our customers. 

You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, a team player and attention to detail.

You must also have the passion and desire to make a difference & challenge not only yourself but also the team, driving us all to new heights. You will work in the west Sydney based team and report into the warehouse lead.

The role involves:

• Learning and understanding the nesting to cutting process to enable flow of products being produced each day 
• Learn the materials used and how to identify their differences 
• Safely load and unload raw materials and identifying if any are damaged or not up to our quality 
• Understand and learn the ERP system which is used for all order processing 
• Help with stock management and ordering

The person must

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Able to use your initiative
• Reliable, motivated, committed
• Fluent in both reading and speaking English
• Able to learn new skills - growth within and training provided
• Able to do the heavy lifting work
• Focus on details & Accuracy
• Be part of a team
• Have a fork lift licence
