The successful applicants key duties will include:
- Day to day programming of work for production using NC Express
- Stock control within programming and work shops
- Working closely with management and production to ensure that the highest level of quality and service to our clients is maintained.
- Liaising with the sales department with regards to new work scheduling.
To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you have:
- Drawing/nesting experience and machine knowledge of laser/plasma.
- An understanding of optimisation of material usage and waste minimisation.
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Have efficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Be able to work without supervision and also within a team environment.
- Be reliable and trustworthy.
- Have good time management skills.
Experience in a similar position or laser cutting/bending experience will be highly advantageous.
