WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Operate and maintain modern CNC machinery: Waterjet, Router and Plasma Cutter.
- Interpret drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations and set up requirements
- Ensure production rates are met or exceeded
- Drawing, editing and nesting
- Detecting equipment malfunctions
- Equipment maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by management, which may include deliveries and stock control
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with operating and maintaining CNC machinery including troubleshooting will be viewed favourably
- Ability to read and/or prepare drawings for CAD will be viewed favourably
- Must possess basic math skills for the purpose of calculating material fabrication
- Experience with hand and power tools
- The ability to plan and prioritise work
- The ability to work autonomously within a team.
- Forklift licence
- Strong Safety awareness

- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable transport as we are not located on any scheduled public transportation routes.
