A new role exists in our manufacturing division for an experienced CNC lathe programmer.
You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
You will possess the following key attributes:
- Understanding of programming, setting and operating CNC lathes (FANUC)
- Experience on Mazak, Myano and Star machines an advantage
- Exposure to working with LEAN manufacturing methodologies
- Possess a high attention to detail and strong quality focus
- Strong adherence to OH&S policies and guidelines
- Other duties as directed
Who we are looking for;
- Trade qualified or near completion
- Minimum 1-2 years of FANUC programming experience
- A good understanding of manufacturing with strong technical aptitude
- Problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and implement solution to technical problems
- Available to start within 5 weeks
- Team player; ability to follow best practice procedures and presentable at all times
- Consideration to work overtime if required
