Pay: $28-$35 per hour (Based on experience)
1st Shift Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Essential functions:
- Develop CNC programs based on engineering blueprints, specifications, and job orders
- Set up and configure CNC machines including tool selection, zero point calibration, and workpiece clamping
- Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize toolpaths to ensure efficient and precise machining operations
- Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs and machine errors
- Identify and resolve issues related to toolpath efficiency, tool wear, or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Wire EDM experience a plus
- Ability to read prints and understand tolerancing
- Familiarity with inspection equipment
- Detail-oriented and motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
