Our client is a recognised services provider, manufacturing high precision components for mining industry across Australia. They are looking for a quality-focused CNC Operator with 5+ years of experience in setting up, programming and operating CNC machines.
Technical qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operating and calibrating computer numerical controlled machines
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques
- Experience and knowledge of Mastercam CADCAM programming
- Familiarity with ISO-9001:2000 Quality Management Systems

Responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating and maintenance of CNC machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Inspecting components against drawing specifications
- Selecting the parameters and positioning the materials to the machines
- Equipment troubleshooting
