We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cocktail Bartender Team Leader to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. We are seeking confident, well-presented and hardworking candidates with a can-do attitude who can create exceptional experiences for our guests. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
- Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
- Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current RSA
- Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
