Your Role
- Lead and inspire the Bar Team to craft innovative and high-quality cocktails that delight our guests.
- Ensure smooth operations behind the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Train and mentor staff in mixology techniques, beverage presentation, and customer service.
- Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Who Are You?
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in mixology and bartending.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
