Stanley’s ethos combines the best produce, mostly sourced locally, supporting out Australian industry with traditional Cantonese flavours, Tikaram’s fresh perspective and mindset of venturing outside the box adds to the unique experience of Stanley.
The menu has been designed to be shared and enjoyed family style, encouraging you to laugh, drink, eat and enjoy the flavours as they have been for hundreds of years.

- Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
- Cocktail experience is essential
- Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
- Be a positive and collaborative team player
- Open to learning and ready for growth
- Flexible availability, nights and weekends are preferred
- Hold a current RSA
