Nestled in the heart of James Street, we are a cohort of classics embarking on a transformative journey of sweet sips, fresh eats and chilled beats.
A new face and a new name, combined with the comfort and familiarity of good old-fashioned customer service and exceptional hospitality, we are looking to build the team-of-all-time; passionate, dedicated and experienced hospo individuals who not only love what they do, but love why they do it.
With the venue undergoing a revitalising rebrand, this is a fantastic opportunity for like-minded individuals who are keen to shape the future success of the venue and help create a little slice of local history.
We are looking for people who thrive in forging meaningful experiences for our patrons, many of whom are regulars (or soon will be…). You will bring an exceptional customer-focus mindset along with the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to support your agile time management and communication skills.
BARTENDERS & FLOOR STAFF
Don’t say we didn’t warn you when we said, “Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment,”...
Our bartenders have a strong knowledge of the classics with enough artistic flair to cater to the ‘surprise me’ customers. We’re a tight-knit bunch who are down-to-earth and down-to-help one another. A common-sense approach with two years’ previous experience in a similar role, as well as a current RSA and statement of attainment are required in order to be considered for these positions.
You will also be:
- Savvy with current industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional customer engagement skills.
- Well-versed in food, wine and cocktail knowledge with previous experience in food service.

The successful applicant will bring relevant industry experience attained in a similar environment, along with the necessary qualifications.
