Mia Bella's Coffee started in 2019 and operates two Drive Thrus in Strathpine and Burpengary delivering an outstanding daily experience to each of our loyal customers. We have openings at our Strathpine & Burpengary sites and now is your opportunity to join our team.

Positions available - immediate start
Barista/All Rounder (2), Casual, up to 25 hours per week
School Based Traineeship (2), Cert III in Business or Cert III in Hospitality for a Year 10 High School Student
Juniors (2) - Casual weekend morning work
For the Barista/All Rounder position, you must be able to show your capacity to deliver quality coffee at a high volume. You will be required to work between both our Strathpine and Burpengary stores as needed.
Having reliable personal transport to attend shifts during our operating hours is an absolute must. We open at 5am daily and only applicants with early morning availability will be considered.
The Barista/All Rounder position would suit university students looking for some casual work around their studies.
The School Based Traineeship for Year 10 Students wanting to complete a Cert III in Business involves working one weekday in our business as well as weekend work, requiring a minimum of 375 work hours to finish the practical part of the certificate over the period of 12 months.
The Cert III in Hospitality for Year 10 Students also involves working one weekday in our business and weekend work, requiring a minimum of 750 work hours to completed the practical part of the certificate, over the period of 24 months.
Juniors applying for the role are required to have availability on both Saturday and Sunday as well as school holidays and public holidays. This would suit a 14y/o or 15 y/o high school student looking for their first job.
