Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive Thru is looking for a skilled Cafe Rounder to join our team and work at least 30 hours a week, on a Casual basis..
As a drive-thru cafe, the environment is fast-paced, with quick turnaround times focused on high quality. Our hours of operation are 5:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 5:30 am to 2 pm, and Sunday 6 am to 2 pm.
Our next team member will have experience working in hospitality, in the kitchen, in the front of the house, and as a barista.
About you
To be a match for this role, you will be flexible, adaptable, and friendly and possess excellent self-leadership and customer service skills. This role could be for you if you love working as a team member and have exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities of the Cafe All-Rounder include:
Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers within Miss Cocoa’s.
Operating the point of sale and managing customer transactions.
Cleaning and maintaining the cafe's appearance and equipment.
Assisting with kitchen duties, such as food preparation and dishwashing.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure the cafe runs smoothly.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Base pay is based on experience in line with the Hospitality industry award (plus penalty rates where applicable).
