Responsibilities:
- Voice picking whilst operating a tugger
- Ensure accurate item selection and proper handling of fragile goods.
- Able to lift up to 25KG repetitively
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Voice Picker or similar role preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) safely.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Availability to work within the specified hours (5am-6pm) with overtime opportunities starting from 3am.
- Must have a valid work visa or Australian citizenship.
